In 2015 the Chamber is sponsoring the 17th Annual Lake Road Clean Up campaign on Saturday, April 18 from 8 am. to 4 pm. This is a community wide event with a core group of volunteers who meet several times a year. Residents are encouraged to get neighbors together to clean up their own roads and the smaller state highways from Greenview to Gravois Mills. Last year’s event produced 4 roll off dumpsters completely full as well as 4 trailers of scrap metal, tires and appliances as well as many electrical items. If you or your organization would like to help monetarily with this yearly clean up campaign, please call the Chamber office at 573-374-5500. This is such a worthwhile project your support would be greatly appreciated. See you Saturday, April 18, 2015. We will include the dumpster locations soon! Of course, we will always have a dumpster at Bank of Versailles in Laurie.
